I would like to take advantage of a special offer, but I already have a subscription

Are you already a Qello Concerts subscriber and want to take advantage of a special pricing offer or upgrade your subscription from monthly to yearly? If yes, you can do so by following the steps below:

Step 1 - If you are subscribed through a 3rd party such as iTunes, Roku or Amazon, or Google Play you must Cancel your existing subscription to avoid being charged by both platforms.

Your new subscription will begin once your current 3rd party subscription has expired.

If you are subscribed directly through the Stingray Store, proceed to "Step 2".

Step 2 - Resubscribe by selecting the special offer you would like to redeem.

Step 3 - Enjoy the savings! 

If you've received a gift code but are already subscribed, you can cancel your existing subscription.

Once your current subscription expires, you will then be able to apply your Gift Code
