Qello Concerts Billing through Amazon Firestick/TV

How do I subscribe to Qello Concerts on my Amazon Firestick or FireTV?
To subscribe to Qello Concerts on your Firestick/TV, you must first download the app, visit the Qello Concerts Home menu and select Start Free Trial. You are billed directly by Amazon.

Please note: There is a difference between downloading and subscribing to the Qello Concerts App on your Amazon device versus getting the Qello Concerts Channel as an add-on subscription on Amazon Prime.

If you get Stingray Qello as an add-on subscription via Amazon Prime channels, you can use Qello Concerts only through your Amazon channel service.

How do I check if I am being billed through the Amazon App Store?
To verify whether your Qello subscription is being billed through the Amazon Store:
  1. From a Web browser, go to http://account.stingray.com.
  2. In the left-hand menu select Subscriptions. 
  3. Beside the Qello Concerts icon select "Manage".  If you are being billed through Amazon you will be brought to the Amazon web page where you may sign in and cancel/manage your subscription.
How do I switch my payment method from Amazon to being billed by Qello directly?
To switch billing to Qello directly, you must first cancel your Amazon Subscription via Amazon and then purchase a new Qello subscription directly from the Qello website.

Can I redeem a Gift Code if I am being billed by Amazon?
To redeem a Gift Code, you must cancel your existing subscription with Amazon and then re-subscribe using the promo code via the Qello website www.qello.com.
How do I cancel my Qello subscription on Amazon?
To cancel your Qello subscription on Amazon:

  1. From a Web browser, visit http://account.stingray.com and login to your Qello account
  2. Click on "Subscriptions" in the left-hand menu.
  3. Next to your Qello subscription click Manage and follow cancellation instructions
