Qello Concerts billing through iTunes

How can I subscribe to Qello via iTunes?
To subscribe to Qello from your iOS device:

  1. From your iOS device (iPhone/iPad/Apple TV), go to the App Store and download Qello Concerts by Stingray.
  2. Once downloaded, open the Qello app. 3. From the Qello app, tap Start Free Trial.
  3. Create an account and select your communications preferences and desired membership plan. Note: You may be prompted for your iTunes password in order to complete the subscription process.
How do I check if I’m being charged through iTunes?
To verify your billing method, from a Web browser go to www.qello.com and do the following:

  1. From a Web browser, go to www.qello.com.
  2. From the top-right of the My Qello page, click the Settings cog icon.
  3. From the Subscriptions section, click Edit. If you are being billed by iTunes, a pop-up window appears indicating to cancel in iTunes.

You can update your iTunes billing information from your iOS device.

For iOS 10.3 or later:

  1. Tap Settings>Your Name>Payment>Shipping.
  2. Select your current payment method and then enter your new billing information.
  3. Tap Save.



For iOS 10.2 or earlier:

  1. Tap Settings>iTunes>App Store>Your Apple ID>Payment Information.
  2. Enter your new billing information.
  3. Tap Done.
