How do I subscribe to Qello via Comcast Xfinity?
There are multiple ways to subscribe to Qello via Comcast Xfinity:

  • Subscribe to Qello by saying “Qello” into your X1 Voice Remote.
  • From your X1 remote, press the Xfinity button and then go to On Demand > Networks. Scroll down to Premium or Networks A-Z and search for “Qello”.
  • You can also subscribe through your remote control touch keypad.
How is a Qello subscription on Comcast Xfinity different from a regular Qello subscription?
When you subscribe to Qello from Xfinity, it is included as an add-on and does not give access to Qello and other platforms. The Qello subscription will be charged directly to your cable bill.
There is an unauthorized Qello charge on my Comcast Xfinity cable bill.

How do I cancel my Qello subscription with Comcast Xfinity?
To cancel your Qello subscription with Xfinity, go to the channel’s network page by saying your channel’s name into your X1 Voice Remote. Select Manage my Subscription from the channel’s network page. Alternately, go to On Demand > Networks > Premium and the scroll to Qello. Select Manage my Subscription from the channel’s network page.
