I paid for an all access pass but do not have access
If you've paid for a subscription through iTunes or Google Play but you're still in Discovery Mode it's likely that you need to restore your subscription.
To do so, follow the steps below.
1. From your mobile device, open the Qello Concerts app and select the "My Qello" icon at the bottom-right to log in.
2. From the Home Page, select the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select "Start Free Trial".
4. Select "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the plan selection options.
