How do I delete my account and information?

Stingray users now have the freedom to delete their account at any time. 

*Please note that before deleting your account, you must ensure that any active subscriptions have been cancelled in order to avoid getting billed. You can verify the status of your subscriptions in the Subscriptions tab. 

To delete your account and information, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Log in to https://account.stingray.com/
2. On the left-hand side, select the Account tab
3. Scroll to the bottom until your find the section pictured below.
4. Click the Delete Account button.*
