I bought a Google or Apple subscription but it's not available in my account. I'm still in Free-Mode.
If you have purchased a subscription via Google Play or the iTunes App store but you still are unable to play concerts, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
Mobile, Tablet
- Verify that you are using the same account/login method you used when you bought the subscription
- If the option is available (usually on Apple, Google, Amazon), select "Restore Purchase"
For tvOS
Go to Any concert page - Start Free Trial - Restore Purchase
