Why does my account say I am a "Basic" user?

We understand why you might be confused.

If your account reads as "Basic", this simply means that your details have been successfully migrated to our new Qello Concerts platform.

If you are a paid subscriber, you should see your status change to "Premium" in the coming weeks.
