When you subscribe to Qello Concerts through your cable provider (Comcast/Xfinity, Cox etc), it is included as an add-on channel and does not give access to the Qello Concerts app and other platforms.
Your subscription will be charged directly to your cable bill and not by Stingray.
If you are subscribed to the Qello Concerts app through Stingray's direct billing portal, you do not have access to on-demand channels made available through your cable provider.
